Natalie Chan

Natalie Chan has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Natalie started their career as a Trade Fair Assistant at Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, where they provided clerical support and assisted in marketing activities for Music China. Natalie then worked as a Marketing Executive at AsiaPac Net Media Limited, followed by a role as a Marketing Assistant at Diversified Communications Hong Kong, where they supported various international events and conferences. Natalie then joined Hong Kong Design Centre as a Senior Project Executive in Events, responsible for promoting and coordinating Fashion Asia Hong Kong. Natalie later worked as a Visitor Experience Assistant at Guinness Storehouse in Ireland. Natalie then worked as an Omni Sports Leader at DECATHLON HONG KONG. More recently, they were a Food Tour Guide at Devour Tours, showcasing their passion for food and travel. Currently, they are working as a Junior Events Coordinator at Plug and Play Tech Center. Throughout their career, Natalie has gained experience in event coordination, marketing, and customer experience.

Natalie Chan completed their education in a chronological order. Natalie first attended Hong Kong Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Higher Diploma in Event Management and Marketing. After completing their diploma, they enrolled at City University of Hong Kong from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce.

Additionally, Natalie has obtained several certifications in the field of design and user experience. In November and December 2022, they completed courses on creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes, building wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, conducting UX research and testing early concepts, mastering the foundations of user experience (UX) design, and starting the UX design process of empathizing, defining, and ideating. These certifications were obtained from Coursera.
