Todd Schneider is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital raising and advisory services. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Founder at Spinta Capital since 2016, Schneider focuses on helping mid and later stage innovative companies secure institutional debt capital. In addition, Schneider mentors at Alchemist Accelerator and Plug and Play Tech Center, both recognized for supporting seed-stage B2B ventures and connecting startups with industry leaders, respectively. Previously, Schneider held key roles at Halloran Family Investment Office as Operating Partner and CFO, overseeing fundraising and investor relations for energy technology companies, and at Seven Hills Partners as Head of Private Placements, executing financing engagements for growth-stage firms. Schneider's earlier career includes investment banking roles at MHH & Company and T.
