Arvinder Saini, P.Eng., M.Eng., is an experienced engineering professional with a robust career in the development and testing of advanced engineering systems, particularly in hydrogen fuel cell technology. Currently serving as Team Lead at Ballard Power Systems since March 2019, Arvinder has effectively managed a team of 11 engineers and co-ops, driving the successful development of a hydrogen fuel cell stack. Previous roles include Senior Test Engineer and Verification & Validation Engineer at Seaspan ULC and Westport Fuel Systems, where Arvinder demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and resource optimization. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor’s degree from Punjab Technical University, Arvinder has a proven track record of delivering projects on time while ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
