Chris Rial

Director, Business Development at Plug Power

Chris Rial has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Chris is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Plug Power since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner and Board Member at Taproot Energy Partners starting from 2018.

Chris Rial obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Bioenvironmental Science from Texas A&M University. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Energy from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
