Emily Gluskin has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology and Human Resources. Their recent role was as a Director of End User Services at Plug Power, where they led the team in implementing strategies to reduce customer request volumes and foster collaboration and customer-focus. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Leader, where they resolved infrastructure problems and implemented process and performance improvement initiatives.

Emily's career began at American University, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant for four years.

Emily Gluskin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from American University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Columbia University and completed their Master of Arts degree in French Cultural Studies from 2005 to 2006.
