Emily Gluskin

Emily Gluskin has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology and Human Resources. Their recent role was as a Director of End User Services at Plug Power, where they led the team in implementing strategies to reduce customer request volumes and foster collaboration and customer-focus. Prior to that, they worked as a Global IT HelpDesk Manager at Plug Power, where they trained and coached the team to drive a HelpDesk culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Before joining Plug Power, Emily worked for OrthoNY, LLP as an Information Technology Manager for four years. Emily was responsible for managing IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems.

Emily also has extensive experience working at LTI (Logic Technology Inc.) as a Technical Director - Citrix Technology Leader. Their role involved initiating and driving Citrix initiatives to improve stability and providing coaching and direction to engineers. Emily also project-managed various technical and operational initiatives for clients. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Leader, where they resolved infrastructure problems and implemented process and performance improvement initiatives.

Emily's career began at American University, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant for four years.

Emily Gluskin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from American University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Columbia University and completed their Master of Arts degree in French Cultural Studies from 2005 to 2006.
