Harshal Yadav

Harshal Yadav began their work experience as a Project Engineer at Dhanapraksh Industrial Corporation in 2008. From June 2008 to August 2009, they worked on various projects in this role. In 2009, Yadav joined Thermax LTD. as a Design Engineer, where they worked from September 2009 to June 2011. At Thermax LTD., they focused on design responsibilities. In June 2011, Yadav joined Plug Power as a Manager for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control. HARSHAL led a team in this role, handling various responsibilities such as reviewing process flow diagrams and managing the department.

Harshal Yadav obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Shivaji University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained a certification in Scrum Fundamentals from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
