Jade Houtz

Jade Houtz has extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Jade is currently a Senior Director of Talent Management at Plug Power since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Development at Plug Power from December 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Plug Power, they worked at AMAG Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition from December 2019 to November 2020. Jade also held the positions of Associate Director of Human Resources from October 2018 to December 2019 and HR Manager from August 2017 to October 2018 at AMAG Pharmaceuticals.

Earlier in their career, Jade worked as an HR Manager at Honeywell from July 2014 to August 2017, where they were responsible for multi-site HR responsibilities and providing HR support for achieving business objectives. Prior to that, they were an HR Generalist at Honeywell from June 2013 to July 2014, where they had multi-site HR responsibilities and played a key role in driving Honeywell Operating System initiatives.

Jade also worked at AAA Carolinas as an HR Generalist from August 2010 to June 2013, where they closely collaborated with managers to provide recommendations on employee issues and conducted company-wide turnover analysis. Jade started their career at StaffMasters as a Staffing Specialist from September 2008 to August 2010, where they were responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing qualified employees.

In addition, Jade worked at GRN of Charlotte as a Recruiting Coordinator from November 2007 to June 2008. During their time there, they sourced qualified candidates, researched companies to network with, and pre-qualified candidates for recruiters.

Jade Houtz holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at Keene State College, earning a Bachelor's degree. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jade also holds a certification as a Honeywell Six Sigma Core Green Belt.
