Katlyn Conaway

MEA Material Development Manager at Plug Power

Katlyn Conaway has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Katlyn started their career at Xerox Corporation as a Photoreceptor and Delivery Unit Summer Intern, where they worked on the development of charge transport and tested organic photoreceptors. Katlyn then moved on to General Motors Fuel Cell Activities as a Project Engineer, where they tested and analyzed fuel cell stack performance and developed test protocols. After that, they worked as a Toner Design Engineer at Xerox, where they were involved in designing and developing EA color chemical toners for printers. Katlyn then joined SPX FLOW, Inc. as an Application Engineer, focusing on mixer process design for the minerals processing industry. Katlyn later worked at Novomer, Inc. as a Senior Process Engineer, and most recently, they have been working at Plug Power as a Chemical Engineer and is currently serving as the MEA Material Development Manager.

From 2006 to 2010, Katlyn Conaway attended the University of Rochester where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Following this, they went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the same university from 2010 to 2011.
