Maryalice Ball has a diverse work experience timeline. Maryalice began their work experience in 2019 as a Student Assistant at AdvanceRIT. In 2020, they held the role of Orientation Supervisor at RIT New Student Orientation and also worked as a Metrology Retention Co-Op at Entegris. In 2021, Maryalice joined Plug Power as an MEA Material Development Co-op. Maryalice continued their journey with Plug Power in 2023 as a Development Engineer. Simultaneously, Maryalice worked at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) as a Lab Teacher Assistant and an NTID Student Notetaker from 2019 to 2023.
