Michele Migliori

Michele Migliori has an extensive work experience in various roles related to inventory control and supply chain management. They started their career at Nilfisk-Advance in 2003, where they held several positions such as National Service Desk Coordinator, Account Administration/Sales Support, and Customer Service Analyst. They then became the Sales & Shipping Support Supervisor, Sales & Shipping Support Manager, and eventually the Production & Inventory Control Manager. In 2017, Michele joined Tesla as an Associate Manager Inventory Control and later became the Manager, Inventory Control & PC Operational Excellence. Currently, they are working at Plug Power as an Inventory Management Specialist and as the Director of Global Inventory & Supply Chain Process Improvement, where they are responsible for developing inventory control programs, leading supply chain projects, and overseeing SAP implementation.

Michele Migliori pursued their education, starting with an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Sociology from Raritan Valley Community College between 1996 and 1998. Following this, they attended Rutgers University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology.
