Rickie Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rickie began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Wachovia Bank, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined Wells Fargo as a Customer Service Representative and stayed until 2011. Rickie then moved to Barnes Group Inc. as an Internal Audit Analyst from 2011 to 2015.
In 2015, Rickie joined Plug Power, where they have held several roles. Rickie started as a Senior Business Analyst from 2015 to 2016. Rickie then became a Shared Services Manager from 2016 to 2019 before transitioning to the role of Operations Controller from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Sr. Finance Manager, Cryogenic Equipment at Plug Power.
