Thanasis Melis

Thanasis Melis has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at the Hellenic Army until 2019. In 2020, they joined wappier as an Associate Software Engineer and played a crucial role in designing and developing Wappier's Android SDK. Thanasis also worked on integrating the SDK in Unity and Cocos2d applications and provided support and debugging for client applications. Currently, Thanasis is employed at Plum as an Android Engineer, starting in 2022.

Thanasis Melis earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including the "Android Architecture Masterclass" from Udemy in November 2021, the "Modern Food Recipes App - Android Development with Kotlin" from Udemy in July 2021, the "Kotlin Coroutines for Android Masterclass" from Udemy in April 2021, and the "Android 11 Development Masterclass - TDD, Coroutines, Jetpack" from Udemy in March 2021.
