At Noesis, Roger was responsible for increasing the value of commercial buildings by making informed investment decisions in energy-related equipment. Roger worked with building owners to evaluate energy-related investments and provided them with financing options. Additionally, Roger helped over 150 US commercial energy companies win more project proposals and grow their businesses.

Their manager is Caitlin MacGregor, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Scott Allen - VP, Engineering, Jordan Lea - Director, Customer Experience, and Jason Putnam - Chief Revenue Officer.
