Keith Yamashita

Keith Yamashita has worked in the real estate industry since 2009. Keith'smost recent role is Senior Director of Underwriting for Plum Commercial Real Estate Lending, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they were the Director at American Healthcare Investors from 2015-2019. Between 2013-2015, they were a Real Estate Analyst at Pacific Life, where they performed investment analyses and provided support on potential debt transactions from $40 MM-$400 MM as well as value-add acquisitions and Joint Venture Partnerships of $40 MM+. In 2010, they were an Analyst at Integra Realty Resources, where they assisted in real estate valuation, analysis, and report writing. Keith'sfirst role was as an Operations Intern and Asset Management Intern at J.K. Residential Services, Inc. from 2009-2010.

Keith Yamashita holds a degree in Public Policy, Management, and Planning with a focus on Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Keith also holds a UCLA Extension from the University of California, Los Angeles.
