Diana T. has a wealth of work experience in the field of psychology and UX research and design. Diana began their career in 2016 as a Consultant for the Polish Institute of Philanthropy (PIF). Diana then moved on to become an Assistant and Content Writer for the Motivational Interviewing Center (ODM) in the same year. In 2017, Diana T. held three roles simultaneously: Mental Health Help Line Consultant for the Critical Intervention Center (OIK), Research Internship for the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge, and The University Hospital in Cracow, Department of Psychiatry Trainee. In the same year, they also worked as a Content Manager for the Institute of Behavioral Design. In 2018, Diana T. was a Project Officer for the Polish Psychologists' Association. In 2019, they were a Psychologist and Area Product Manager for Therapify. Currently, Diana T. is a UX Researcher & Designer for PlumResearch and a Co-creator for UX Hive.

Diana T. has an extensive educational background. Diana earned their Master of Arts in Psychology from Jagiellonian University in 2017. In 2019, they completed their PgDiploma in Applied Clinical Neuropsychology and Neuropsychological Diagnosis from Uniwersytet SWPS. Diana is also currently enrolled in a Short Course in Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education. Additionally, they have taken a course in Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills from Training Qualifications UK. Diana T. has also obtained several certifications, including Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes from Coursera | Google in 2021, Start the UX Design process: Emphatize Define and Ideate from Coursera | Google in 2021, User Research - Methods and Best Practices from Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in 2021, and User Experience: The Beginner`s Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2020.
