David Soto-Karlin

David Soto-Karlin is a seasoned UX Researcher and Designer with extensive experience in multimedia and strategic communications. At VitalSource since December 2018, David initiated the Design Research function, transforming product discovery into a data-driven process and leading significant research that supported a 45% growth in user base. As the Founder and Creative Director of NoMoha Media since 2009, David has led various projects, including a strategic communications product for a landmark carbon trade deal. Previous roles include UX Design Instructor at General Assembly, UX Designer at Rapid7, and Communications Designer at Embraer, with a focus on product development and user research. David holds a BFA in Film & Television from New York University and continues to expand expertise through education at General Assembly and Universidad de Salamanca.
