Steve Gibbard

Steve Gibbard is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network engineering, operations, and consulting. Currently serving in a Network Engineering/Operations role at Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications since April 2023, Gibbard is also the Principal Consultant at Link Level Consulting LLC, providing strategic advice and engineering services to the Internet Service industry. Previous positions include Director of Network Engineering and Operations at Atherton Fiber, Network Operations Manager at OpenFiber.net, and Peering/Interconnection Program Manager at Twitter. Gibbard has held senior roles at Tata Communications, including Associate Director of Wholesale IP Network Planning & Design and Senior Manager of CDN Network Engineering.
