Fatma Njie

Fatma Njie, MBA, has a robust accounting career with experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently serving as Controller and previously as Accounting Manager at Plumb since August 2022, Fatma has also held positions such as Division Accounting Manager at James Construction Group, LLC from November 2019 to August 2022, and Staff Accountant at Primoris Services Corporation from December 2017 to November 2019. Prior to that, Fatma worked as an Accountant at EXCEL USA and as a Staff Accountant (Contract) at Auger Services Inc. Fatma's early career includes roles as an Accounting Assistant at Prime Services Inc. and Secretary for the EMU Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants. Educationally, Fatma holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University, complemented by an Associate degree in Business Administration from Oakland Community College.
