Charles Tarpley

Charles Tarpley is currently serving as the Business Manager at Plumbers & Gasfitters Local 8 since July 2010. Charles also holds the title of Chairman at the Joint Apprenticeship Committee of Plumbers Local 8, Pension Trustee at the Plumbers Employee Benefit Office, and Instructor at the Plumbers Local 8 Training Center. In the past, Charles has held positions such as President and Business Representative at Plumbers & Gasfitters Local 8. In addition, Charles has served as President at the Greater Kansas City Building and Construction Trades Council.
