Cheryl Powell is an experienced instructional designer and eLearning specialist with a robust background in creating engaging training programs across various industries. Currently serving as an Instructional Design Specialist at Performance Development Group since September 2022, Cheryl collaborates with teams and subject matter experts to develop customized learning materials for clients such as Pfizer and UPS. Cheryl's experience includes creating a comprehensive Urology training program for medical assistants at LUGPA, developing Unconscious Bias modules at Multi-Training Systems LLC, and designing a Finance Bootcamp Program for the plumbing and HVAC industry. Additionally, Cheryl has held instructional design roles at prominent companies, including McKinsey & Company and Florida State University, and has been the CEO of GC Learning Services LLC since 1996. Cheryl holds an M.S. in IT Project Management & Leadership from Capella University and a B.S. in Business Management from Montclair State University.
