Lauren Bilon started their career in 2008 as the Director of HR and Administration at BMB Photographics. Lauren held this position for six years until 2014. In 2014, Lauren founded Plume Cosmetics Inc., a Calgary-based company specializing in Hair & Lash Science products. As the Founder of Plume, Lauren focused on developing high-quality natural cosmetic products using the best plant-based ingredients. Under their leadership, Plume's flagship Lash & Brow Enhancing serum became a global success.
Lauren Bilon attended Fanshawe College from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration Marketing. Lauren'sfield of study revolved around business, management, marketing, and related support services.
