Cynthia Sheng has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cynthia is currently working as a Customer Success Director - Major Accounts Americas at Plume Design, Inc since September 2021.

Prior to that, Cynthia worked at Technicolor for 13 years. Their roles at Technicolor include Customer Program Director, where they were responsible for aligning business objectives and driving business development and growth in multiple North American Telco accounts for broadband gateway products. Cynthia also served as a Program Manager for telco programs and DTA programs in the North America region. Additionally, Cynthia worked as a Project Manager, overseeing hardware and software development of Internet Gateway products.

Before joining Technicolor, Cynthia worked as a Consultant at Altran Europe for four years. Cynthia also worked as a PhD researcher in bioinformatics at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven for four years. Lastly, Cynthia started their career as an Engineer at SVA (Shanghai Videos and Audios) for a year.

Cynthia Sheng obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai University in 1999. Cynthia then pursued their Master's degree in Electronic Engineering at KU Leuven from 2000 to 2001. Cynthia continued their education at KU Leuven, where they obtained their PhD in Engineering from 2001 to 2005.
