Tanya Paget

Tanya Paget has a diverse work experience, with roles in coaching, leadership, and design. Tanya is currently working as a Life, Leadership and Business Coach at Plumm. Prior to this, they worked as a Progression Coach at R-evolution For Good. Tanya also has experience as a Mental Health Coach at Lyra Health, where they delivered evidence-based coaching for professionals. Tanya co-founded Positive Change Agents and served as a Leadership Coach. Tanya also worked as a Transformational Coach at Ellipsis Coaching, providing one-to-one coaching sessions. In addition to coaching, Tanya has worked as a surface pattern designer at Albaquirky, Finch & Foxglove Art Collective, Nerida Hansen, and Pattern People. Before entering the coaching and design fields, Tanya worked as a Course Manager and Head of Creative Arts Faculty at Luton Sixth Form College, where they facilitated curriculum and provided coaching to students.

Tanya Paget has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art with honors from The Glasgow School of Art, specializing in Installation and Site Specific Art. Following that, from 1998 to 1999, Paget pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Electronic Imaging at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, focusing on Motion Graphics and graphic design.

In 2004, Paget completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education through the Fast Track Teacher Training program at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. This program provided accelerated leadership training in Art & Design education.

In 2012, they obtained an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management. Additionally, during the same year, Paget earned their NLP Practitioner qualification from the School of NLP London, specializing in coaching through Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Lastly, in 2019, Paget enrolled in the Animas Centre for Coaching, where they studied Transformational Coaching. Tanya successfully completed the program and became a certified Transformational Coach in June 2020. Moreover, in 2013, they received a certification as an NLP Practitioner from the School of NLP London, and in 2012, they obtained an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Award from the ILM Institute of Leadership and Management.

It is evident from Paget's educational journey that they have gained expertise in various fields, including Fine Art, Motion Graphics, coaching, leadership, management, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
