Andre Garces

Andre Garces, PE, is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on project delivery leadership and business development. Currently serving as the North Texas & Oklahoma Area Leader at Plummer Associates, Inc. since March 2019, Andre has also held roles as Interim North Texas & Oklahoma Area Leader and Conveyance Team Leader. Prior experience includes Senior Project Manager at RPS North America and Supervising Engineer at MWH, now part of Stantec, where responsibilities encompassed contract administration and field inspection. Andre has been actively involved in professional organizations, including serving as Education Chair for CMAA-Southern NV and President Elect for ASCE YMF-Las Vegas. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Norwich University.
