Jonathan McCarthy

Jonathan McCarthy is a seasoned professional in water planning and engineering with extensive experience in hydraulic modeling, water quality evaluations, and project management. Currently serving as the Water Planning Team Leader and Project Manager at Plummer Associates, Inc. since December 2021, Jonathan previously held the position of Project Engineer at CHA Consulting, Inc. and Reiss Engineering, Inc. for nearly nine years, where expertise included master planning, feasibility assessments, and the design of pump stations and pipelines. An engineering background was further established through an internship at St. Johns River Water Management District, where Jonathan conducted water quality trend analysis and project cost evaluations. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, attained between 2008 and 2013.
