Kate Kowalski

Kate Kowalski, PE, is a seasoned project manager currently leading the Water and Waste/Reuse Treatment Team at Plummer Associates, Inc. since February 2024. With previous experience as a project engineer at Horrocks and a project manager at Tetra Tech, Kate has a strong background in implementing infrastructure projects, hydraulic modeling, site design, and community engagement. Additional roles at Black & Veatch and Engineers Without Borders further highlight expertise in civil engineering and dedication to humanitarian efforts, particularly in water and sanitation for developing countries. Kate holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University.
