Joy Zhao

Joy Zhao is an Associate at Plural Strategy, focusing on growth strategy and commercial due diligence consulting for private equity and corporate clients since September 2022. Previously, Joy served as a Supply Chain Analyst at Jerome's Furniture from February 2020 to February 2021, where optimization of supply chain efficiency was achieved through linear programming analysis and technology adoption. Joy holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University and Cornell Tech, as well as a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship from Boston College.
