Naomi Rouhafzai

Naomi (Shagam) Rouhafzai is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Pluralsight since May 2021, following a successful tenure at Cvent from August 2013 to May 2021 as a Senior Principal Account Manager. Naomi's experience includes crafting strategic plans for key account management, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong client relationships to enhance brand loyalty and market share in the hospitality sector.
