Peggy Evans

Peggy Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Support at Pluralsight since July 2021, Peggy has also held the roles of Interim Head of Support and Sr. Manager of Self-Serve and Documentation. Prior to Pluralsight, Peggy was the Owner and President of The Cleaning Authority in Provo, UT, where a successful launch led to significant revenue and customer growth. Peggy's experience includes serving as Vice President of Customer Support at Workfront, achieving high customer satisfaction and retention rates, and a lengthy tenure at Novell where various management roles encompassed leading technical support teams, creating customer feedback systems, and managing premium services. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
