Peter Spoehr

Peter Spoehr is an experienced leader in the public sector and technology industries, currently serving as Vice President of Public Sector at Pluralsight since July 2025 and as Managing Director and Co-Founder at Budburst Government Technology since January 2024. Previous roles include positions in strategic partnerships with Motive, global channels and alliances with Coursera, and senior director of alliances at Medallia. Peter's career began in the military as an Armor Officer with the US Army, progressing from various leadership roles to program management. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Richmond and has additional educational experiences from the University of Jordan and the American Language Center in Fez, Morocco.
