Jessica Morris

Jessica Morris has worked in various roles in the public and private sectors since 2000. Jessica began their career as a Government Affairs Assistant at NASAA in 2000. In 2002, they became an Economic Legislative Correspondent - Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee for the US Congress. In 2003, they were a Special Assistant to the Director / Presidential Management Fellow at Va Pittsburgh Healthcare Systs. In 2005, they were a Management Analyst at the Department of Veterans Affairs. From 2006 to 2016, they were a Senior Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office and then a Principal Analyst and Contracting Officer from 2016 to 2020 at MACPAC - Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. Currently, they are the President and CEO of Pluribus Digital.

Jessica Morris received their Masters in Public Administration from The George Washington University in 2003, after having obtained their BA in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Cortland in 1999.
