Sonja Joosten

Sonja Joosten is a seasoned GZ-psychologist with extensive experience in positive supervision and coaching, currently serving as a waarderend coach and positieve supervisor since January 2021. In addition to her role at Sonja Joosten, Sonja has been a GZ-psychologist and Wzd-functionaris at Pluryn since May 2015, where responsibilities include providing positive supervision in the GZ-training and ensuring compliance with the Health Care and Coercion Act. Sonja also held leadership roles, focusing on developing teams and promoting well-being among employees under high work pressure. Previously, Sonja worked at RINO Zuid and Max Ernst GGZ, contributing to the training of future psychologists and providing care for youth. Sonja holds multiple relevant degrees and completed training in Appreciative Inquiry and Secure Based Leadership.
