Joël Vautour

Joël Vautour has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2009, they worked as an intern at CBC before transitioning to the role of brand ambassador at Mosaic Sales Solutions. Joël then became a manager at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. From 2010 to 2011, Joël worked as a recruitment coordinator at Mosaic Sales Solutions. In 2012, they joined RSVP Magazine as a public relations and event coordinator. In 2013, they worked as a marketing coordinator for Jumpstreet Educational Tours. From 2013 to 2016, Joël served as a talent advisor at Mosaic Sales Solutions before joining Yellow Pages / Pages Jaunes - Canada as a talent advisor and later as a senior talent advisor. In 2018, they joined Plus Company as a talent acquisition advisor and gradually progressed to become a talent manager, senior talent manager, and ultimately a talent director. In this role, Joël is responsible for overseeing human resource operations in multiple agency groups and collaborating with various internal talent pillars.

Joël Vautour's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Samuel-de-Champlain and obtained their High School Diploma in an unspecified field of study in 2005. Following that, they pursued a degree in Radio & Television Arts at Ryerson University from 2005 to 2009, where they gained knowledge in Television, Media, Broadcasting, Writing, English, French, and Spanish. In 2020, Joël enrolled at HEC Montréal and completed a Diploma in Organizational Development, specifically focusing on the field of study in Organizational Development.

Furthermore, besides their formal education, Joël Vautour has acquired additional certifications. In February 2015, they obtained a First Aid (Secouriste) Certification from the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Additionally, in May 2021, they acquired the Premiers soins en santé mentale - Mental Health First Aid certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
