Wilson Leung

Wilson Leung has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2002, they served as the Director of Ministries at Erindale Bible Chapel until 2010. From 2010 to the present, they have been the Co-Founder and Chair of Thinking Forward, a registered Canadian charity working towards character education and anti-bullying initiatives. Additionally, they were the Principal at Everyday Leaders from 2010 to 2015. In 2012, they worked as an Adjunct Professor in Leadership Development at Sanctus School until 2015. From 2014 onwards, Leung has been associated with Toronto Metropolitan University, where they held roles such as Director of Graduate Leadership Institute, Lecturer, and Program Manager. Finally, starting in 2019, they have been a part of Plus Company, initially as the Director of Leadership and currently serving as the VP of Global Learning and Leadership Development.

Wilson Leung holds a Doctorate in Leadership (D.Min.) from Tyndale University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Masters of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) at Tyndale University from 2000 to 2002. Wilson began their educational journey with an Hon. B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology from Western University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Wilson Leung has obtained several certifications. Wilson is a Certified Executive Coach, having received training from the Center for Executive Coaching in January 2022. Wilson also holds a Mental Health First Aid Certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, obtained in May 2021. Furthermore, they have completed the StandOut Coaching Certification program offered by The Marcus Buckingham Company in December 2019. In 2014, they obtained certifications in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) - Step I and Step II from Psychometrics Canada.

Prior to their academic pursuits, Wilson Leung achieved the ARCT (The Associate of the Royal Conservatory Diploma for Performers) from The Royal Conservatory of Music in 1991.
