Ian has a strong background in strategic planning, financial planning, programme portfolio management, employee experience, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Ian has also held key roles such as Assistant Chief Executive, Director of Business Assurance, Excellence Director, and Head of Excellence in various organizations prior to their current position. Ian holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
