Jenny Thompson is a seasoned professional in performance and risk management, currently serving as the Performance & Risk Manager at Plus Dane Housing since January 2024. Previously, Jenny held the same title at Torus from March 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included risk management and internal audit. Additional experience includes roles as Risk & Assurance Manager and Performance & Assurance Advisor, as well as a Non-Executive Director at Golden Gates Housing Trust, focusing on equality and diversity. Jenny began a career in customer service and project management, with foundational education in Law and Sociology from the University of Warwick, graduating in 2010.
