Shannon Lundy is a General Manager at Plus One, an Optum Company, since May 2025. Shannon's experience also includes a Graduate School Fellowship at Cedardale Health & Fitness, where development of exercise programs for rehabilitation patients took place, and a role as a Physical Therapy Aide at Cape Cod Rehab. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Merrimack College and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Becker College.
