James Bailey

James Bailey has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and robotics. James is currently serving as the Treasurer and Board Member at Solid State Depot since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Plus One Robotics as a Senior Robotics Developer & Software Architect starting from August 2021. From June 2020 to March 2021, James was the Principal Systems Engineer at Outrider. James also worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at Woot Math from September 2019 to December 2019.

James has significant experience in the robotics industry. James was the Co-founder and CTO of AMP Robotics, where they played a crucial role in developing AI-based robotics technology for material recovery and recycling facilities. Their tenure at AMP Robotics lasted from January 2015 to May 2019.

Before venturing into the robotics field, James worked at renowned companies like Google and Disney Interactive. At Google, they served as a Software Engineer from October 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Disney Interactive from May 2010 to September 2013.
