Michael Teylan is a Jr. QA Lead at PLUS QA, responsible for testing products on a weekly release schedule to ensure minimal bugs reach production. Michael also reports and triages bugs found in testing environments, responds quickly to bugfixes, writes and creates test plans, and compiles tabular reports for the team. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a QA Analyst at Unagi Scooters and held various positions at the University of Oregon, including Customer Service Agent, Intake and Operations Specialist, PeerLINK Advisor/Front Desk Assistant, and Resident Assistant. Michael graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism in 2019.
