Peter Terpstra

Peter Terpstra has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager team specialisten at PLUS Retail since May 2008. Key achievements include overseeing the integration of two headquarters during a merger with Coop, developing and implementing HR policies covering areas like recruitment, employee development, and absence management, and acting as a sparring partner for senior management. Prior to PLUS Retail, Peter held various HR roles at Staples Nederland, Accon avm, and Gemeente Leeuwarden, focusing on organizational development, change management, and HR policy implementation. Peter holds a bc cum laude degree in Personnel and Organization from NHL Hogeschool and has completed multiple advanced courses in organization development, change management, and strategic management.
