Tai Patrik Chung

Tai Patrik Chung is an experienced professional in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service & Sales Operations at PlusDental since January 2021, Tai has also held the role of Head of Operations at Wefox GmbH and PaulCamper GmbH since February 2019. Prior to these positions, a sabbatical was undertaken from July 2017 to December 2018, involving extensive travel from Delhi to Tokyo and a camper trip through Europe. Tai's earlier roles include Abteilungsleiter Kundenservice at BavariaDirekt from February 2016 to July 2017, Team-und Projektleiter at Gothaer from October 2010 to January 2016, and Senior Teamlead at TARGOBANK from January 2009 to September 2011.
