Gülay Canlıoğlu Aydın

Gülay Canlıoğlu Aydın has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2010. Starting at QNB Finansbank as a Training and Development Specialist in 2010, they then moved to Acibadem Healthcare Group in 2011, where they held the roles of Human Resources Manager and Organizational & Business Development Responsible. In 2018, they joined Platin Bilişim as a Unit Business Development and Human Resources Manager, where they created all HR departments according to the company's culture and used technology such as Netsis, MySQL, and Excel. In 2019, they joined Wingie Enuygun Group as an HR Manager and HR Digital Transformation and People Analytics. Currently, they are the Head of People and Culture at PlusMinusOne since 2022.

Gülay Canlıoğlu Aydın holds a Master's degree in Management and Work Psychology from Marmara University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Gülay also holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Kocaeli University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Data Analytic and Reporting from BNC Turkey in January 2021.
