Frank Nellissen

Frank Nellissen is the current Managing Director at PlusServer. Frank has also held positions as CFO at Utimaco, Vorstand Finanzen & Operations at Astaro AG, and Head of Finance at ArcTel GmbH & Co. KG.

Nellissen began their career in 2000 as Head of Finance at ArcTel GmbH & Co. KG. In 2001, they became CFO of Arcor Online GmbH and remained in that role until 2002. In 2003, they took on the position of Head of Regulatory and National Carrier Sales for Arcor, which is part of Vodafone Group Plc.

In 2004, Nellissen became Managing Director of AgfaPhoto Finance NV, a leasing company for Consumer Imaging Equipment. Frank held that position until 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they were Vorstand Finanzen & Operations at Astaro AG. In 2012, Utimaco was purchased in a MBO from Sophos Ltd., and Nellissen became its CFO. Utimaco was stock listed until 2012 and taken private by Squeeze out. In 2017, Utimaco became a EQT-backed company showing strong global growth and acquisitions.

Frank Nellissen has earned a Dr. rer. pol. in economic sciences from the University of Cologne, a Dipl.-Volksw. in economics from FernUniversität in Hagen, and a Dipl.-Kfm. in management from the University of Düsseldorf.
