Travis Daugherty

Travis Daugherty is an experienced customer experience executive currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Pluto since April 2023. Prior to this role, Travis held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at LeadIQ, overseeing global support, customer success, and professional service teams. Travis has also contributed as a Customer Experience Coach at Catalyst Software and is an Executive Member at Pavilion. From June 2014 to October 2022, Travis was the Head of Customer Success, Professional Services & Support at Brandfolder by Smartsheet, managing a team of 65. Earlier experience includes a role as Sub Agent at N+FOB, where Travis identified new business opportunities and generated significant revenue. Travis earned a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
