Neil Garver

Neil Garver has worked in various senior management roles in the healthcare and technology industry. Neil began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at RSW Group, where they led the growth and development of AT&T National Agent Retail locations. Neil later became a Regional Sales Director, overseeing the expansion of AT&T's market presence in the Midwest and East Coast.

Garver then transitioned to Aspen Dental, where they served as a Regional Manager of Practice Development, achieving significant revenue growth and improving the balanced scorecard rankings. Neil was later promoted to Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing all practices in Alabama and Mississippi and driving revenue growth.

After their time at Aspen Dental, Garver joined Philips as a Senior Regional Manager, leading the Professional Healthcare sales growth in the Central United States. Neil successfully cultivated partnerships with major national corporate enterprise and DSO/MSO accounts, resulting in substantial sales growth.

Garver's most recent role was as the Director of Sales and Growth at OFFOR Health, Inc., where they were accountable for recruiting and leading the Sales & Development teams. Neil focused on building strategic growth initiatives and enhancing DSO/MSO Enterprise account partnerships, achieving significant revenue growth year over year.

Currently, Garver holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Pluto Healthcare, where they build and develops client partnerships with hospitals and health systems throughout the Midwest. Neil also oversees all stages of healthcare contract execution and manages business development growth strategies.

Throughout their career, Garver has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and operational skills, consistently achieving revenue goals and driving growth in various organizations.

Neil Garver has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington. Neil has also obtained a certification in The Extraordinary Leader / Coach Influencer Course from Zenger Folkman in 2017.
