Robby Ibrahim

Robby Ibrahim has extensive experience in the IT field, starting with their role as Founder/Principal Technician at TechKnow Computer Center from 2009 to 2012. Robby then worked as an Apple Consultant at La Jolla Home Theater & Automation in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they held the positions of IT Services Technician and IT Technical Lead at PracticeGenius, LLC. Robby then joined true[X] in 2015, serving as a Sr. IT Systems Engineer until 2017, and subsequently as an IT Manager until 2019. Robby then worked at phenomenon as a Sr. IT Manager from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Robby holds the position of Director of IT at Pluto TV, starting in 2020.

Robby Ibrahim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Media & Graphic Design and Advertising/Public Relations from Liberty University. Robby attended Liberty University from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, Robby has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.8. In 2012, they completed the Mac Integration Basics 10.8 certification from Apple, Inc. Robby also holds the Ubiquiti Broadband Routing & Switching Specialist (UBRSS) certification from Ubiquiti Networks, which they obtained in 2018. Lastly, in 2022, they completed the "How to Stop Wasting Time in Meetings" certification from LinkedIn.
