Thomas J. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. In 1993, they worked as a Country Manager at Synergy Login until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they were a Founding Team Member at Accellion. In 2000, they founded ComCreation Inc., a mobile ERP solutions company, where they served as the CEO until 2008 when the company was acquired. In the same year, they founded Plutus Health Inc. and Calpion Inc. where they held the position of Founder & CEO. In 2020, they founded Artemis ABA Inc. and currently serves as the Founder & Chairman Of The Board.

Thomas J. attended St Patrick's High School until 1986. Thomas then went on to Osmania University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics in 1991. Thomas J. later pursued Executive and Continuing Professional Education at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health until 2016.
