Charlotte Edwards

Charlotte Edwards has extensive experience in strategic planning and performance management, currently serving as Head of Strategy, Performance and Insight at Plymouth Community Homes since November 2009. In this role, Charlotte leads initiatives in corporate and operational performance reporting, business intelligence, and data analytics, alongside policy development and strategic environmental management, particularly in decarbonisation. Previous roles at Plymouth City Council included Performance and Sustainability Manager, Performance and Standards Manager, Information and Improvement Manager, and various support positions. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Spanish and French from the University of Exeter and several management and project management qualifications, including a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
