Lauren DeLeo is an experienced educator with a strong background in special education and social skills development. Since August 2018, Lauren has served as a Special Education Teacher at Plymouth Public Schools, while also providing one-on-one assistance to children with Autism as a 1:1 Social Skills Groups Counselor and Camp Lead for The Autism Project since July 2015. Previous roles include teaching 7th grade Social Studies at Frederick W. Hartnett Middle School and serving as a Special Education Teacher at Summit Academy Massachusetts. Lauren’s experience spans various educational settings, where skills in creating engaging, differentiated lesson plans, managing classrooms, and collaborating with teams have been demonstrated. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Television, Radio and Film from Syracuse University.
