Blake Tangle

Blake Tangle is a Senior Linux/Unix System Administrator at Plymouth Rock Assurance since January 2013, specializing in IBM Power servers running AIX. Prior experience includes serving as a Unix System Administrator at Varian Semiconductor, where Blake designed and implemented the IBM Power 7 server infrastructure for the SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade. Blake began as a Desktop Support Engineer at Varian Semiconductor and Rockport High School, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining desktops and laptops. Early career experience includes a Programming Intern role at Open Book Systems, developing web applications with Perl and creating webpages in HTML. Blake holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Wilmington.
